About Me

Dot Mulder

My name is Dot Mulder, I have been married for over 30 years and we have two adult children.  I am a Registered Social Worker and Life Coach.  I’ve over 20 years’ experience working with people from all different walks of life and my vision or the desire of my heart really, is to see people set free from past trauma, whatever trauma that may be.  I know this from my own past experiences to be true.  It is possible to be free and love living life to the fullest.

I also, fully believe that there is a God-breathed purpose for each of us.  That everyone has strengths, everyone is worthy of being loved unconditionally and without fear of being judged.  We are all created beautiful and have worth.

“You deserve to be loved, without having to hide the parts of yourself you believe to be unlovable.” (Author unknown)

This quote, in my opinion, holds a lot of truth.  God loves everyone no matter what!!  God loves YOU; he loves ME, he loves Jo Bloggs next door or down the street. That’s how we need to love ourselves and one other – unconditionally and without judgement.  We often wear masks and hide our authentic self, for fear of being ‘unlovable’ but we are lovableYou are enough!  Do you believe that?  Do you want to believe that?  Do you want to discover the truth about yourself and view yourself from Gods perspective?  It is possible.

I believe that everyone has dreams, sometimes we simply need help to discover these dreams and set the necessary goals to achieve them.  No matter how big or small these dreams/goals may be, they are important, as they are an essential part of who we are.

I fully believe that our dreams, passions, and our hearts desire, lead us to discovering what our purpose for living is.

“To move to the next rung, you must give up your grip and reach for the next one.  Release, reach and raise yourself up.” Nick Vujicic

Sometimes we need to let go of the past in order to move forward.  Sometimes we hang onto wrong thought patterns/beliefs which are lies and fear, either consciously or unconsciously. Which, in turn, stops us from breaking free and living in our identity and prevents us from living our life abundantly.

YOU HEAL BY RELEASING. YOU DON’ T HEAL BY SUPRESSING.
